Happy Monday folks!
Time for another ‘I love Caravans Monday’ blog post hooray!
Now today’s post doesn’t really qualify, it’s not exactly a caravan BUT! It’s still a business run out of a vehicle, and a place I couldn’t wait to visit. AND It’s local! I could actually go and see this place for myself.
So one night, my boyfriend and I checked Facebook for this trucks location, and set off to the corner of Blythe and Lygon Street in Brunswick with our bellys a-grumbling.
It’s weird how excited I was to visit this shop on wheels. I’d heard so much about this place, there was a lot of hype surrounding it and a lot of expectation!
As we drove down Lygon St on the hunt for… TACO TRUCK!!! My eyes were darting from left to right on the lookout. And there it was, tucked behind some trees on Blythe St.
We parked the car and in heels I half jogged down to the truck… Partly due to the excitement of meeting a fellow mobile business, and partly due to the extreme hunger for tacos I was experiencing.
And the experience began.
Surrounding the truck were happy folks, sipping on a home made brew dispensed from a 1970′s picnic drink dispenser by a man out the front on a bike.
An interesting start.
We ordered our chicken tacos that came with a side of lemony corn chips which were delicious.
It was super quick and SUPER TASTY! There just wasn’t enough of it!
I don’t think any amount would have sufficed to be honest.
We wolfed those down like it was our last meal.
Yep, it wasn’t pretty.
YUMMM!!!

It was so great to actually go and visit somewhere instead of reading and looking at so many great businesses that are interstate or international. Yay!
